If you have been following along you know Paul and I underwent pretty major surgery in March. While our recovery has been amazing, the process and Paul's narrow escape from death or long term dialysis has caused us to reflect a lot on what we want out of life.
We love our restaurant and what we have been able to create and provide for the community. However, it's time for us to spend more time exploring and taking care of ourselves than being the stewards of Martocci's allows. Life is about choices and right now, we get to choose to walk away.
There are some fantastic local people purchasing the property who have plans to create yet another wonderful food space for you all to enjoy so do not despair! We'll let them share more with you when they are ready. We will be following their journey and excitedly waiting to see what comes next.
We will be open for service on Thursday July 17th and Friday July 18th at 4PM to serve up an abbreviated menu and say our goodbyes.
Thank you so much for being a part of this journey and as for the future... we're not ruling anything out!
